Purpose

This Terms of Service explains how Yucca Health works, what you can expect from us, and what responsibilities you have as a patient or customer. Please read it carefully before using our services.


I. Overview

Brand Merchants Network LLC ("Yucca Health," "we," "us") operates the website tryyucca.com and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our services.


Emergency Disclaimer:

Yucca Health is not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.


II. Eligibility & Patient Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Yucca Health. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete medical and billing information.
  • Use the services only for yourself.
  • Keep your account secure.
  • Follow your provider’s instructions.


III. Services

Yucca Health connects you with pharmacies and licensed healthcare providers. We do not provide medical care ourselves.


a. Prescription Fulfillment Services

Prescriptions are fulfilled by trusted licensed U.S. pharmacies, including Bask Health, Inc. Yucca Health is not a pharmacy. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or timeliness of services provided by third-party pharmacies.


b. Telehealth Services

Yucca Health facilitates access to licensed healthcare providers, but does not provide medical care or establish a doctor-patient relationship. Providers are solely responsible for medical advice, prescriptions, and care.


IV. Products


a. Overview

Yucca Health offers both prescription and non-prescription products. Products are intended for personal use only within the U.S. Prices and availability may change without notice.


b. Prescription Products

Certain products require a valid prescription from a licensed provider. You cannot obtain prescription medications without a medical consultation.


V. Billing, Subscriptions & Payments

  • Yucca Health offers monthly and quarterly subscription plans. These automatically renew until the end of your six (6) month prescription, unless canceled.
  • Renewals are processed 5–7 days early to allow timely pharmacy fulfillment.
  • At six months, your provider will review your progress and determine whether continued treatment is appropriate.
  • You authorize Yucca to place temporary authorization holds on your payment method prior to provider approval. If treatment is not approved, the hold is released.
  • Yucca does not bill insurance directly. Patients may use HSA/FSA accounts for reimbursement. Yucca does not issue itemized receipts or letters of medical necessity.


VI. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  • Orders not yet processed may be canceled.
  • If your order is at the pharmacy, cancellation requests may be attempted but are not guaranteed.
  • Once shipped, all sales are final. Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.


VII. Privacy & Data Use

Yucca Health complies with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and share your information: Privacy Policy.


VIII. Intellectual Property

All content on Yucca’s website is our property and may only be used for personal, educational, or informational purposes. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.


IX. Third-Party Links

Yucca Health may include third-party links. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of third-party sites.


X. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Yucca Health makes no guarantees about treatment outcomes.
  • Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
  • Telehealth may not be a substitute for in-person care in all cases.
  • Yucca is not responsible for delays, product availability, or provider/pharmacy actions.


XI. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will first be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under AAA rules. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial or class action.
